ABOUT US

When I first moved to downtown Toronto after getting married, I found myself craving something deeper — meaningful connection with other Muslim women navigating similar life stages. Post-university life made friendships harder to find, and I didn’t see many spaces that felt built for women like me: faith-driven, ambitious, and evolving.

So my best friend and I created the space we needed.

Toronto Muslimahs began as a simple idea: to bring Muslim women together. Today, it’s grown into a trusted platform known for curated gatherings, thoughtful conversations, and a community that feels like home. Whether you’re single, married, a student, a mom, or simply in-between — the goal is to create moments where you feel seen and supported. As life shifts, so does our community. And that’s the beauty of it.

We weren’t waiting to be invited into someone else’s space — so we built our own.
