Why this space exists

They say it takes a village — but where and how do you find yours?

Motherhood is a chapter filled with beauty, yes — but also big changes, invisible labor, and a lot of figuring-it-out-as-you-go.

This space was built to be the community that so many of us may not have for mamas living in Toronto/GTA. Whether you're deep in motherhood life or just stepping into this role, you're not meant to do it alone.

Here, you’ll find connection, comfort, and sisterhood — in the groupchat, at meetups, and through every message that reminds you: me too.

  • Its a self-led space for mamas in Toronto/GTA to connect through group chats, local meetups, and ongoing community support at a one time fee of $7.

  • This space is for new/young Muslim moms navigating motherhood. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or deep in toddler chaos, you’ll find others who get it.

  • The $7 one-time fee helps us keep the group safe, intentional, and free from spam or self-promotion. It also covers the time and effort it takes to hold spaces like this. A small fee also means the moms who join are genuinely committed to being part of the community.

  • We’re prioritizing onboarding where there’s already a small cluster of mamas, so you won’t be accepted unless there’s someone nearby for you to connect with. We never want you to join and feel alone.

  • You’re welcome to step away at any point, but your contribution helps create more spaces like this — therefore we are unable to offer refunds.
