Open Roles

Please note: These are volunteer roles requiring ~5 hours/week + monthly team meetings (more during events).

Director of Program Operations

(focus: execution + flow)

You’re the one who makes things happen. From events to workshops, you’ll manage logistics, create run sheets, and keep things moving smoothly.

  • Plan and execute events

  • Coordinate venues, vendors, and supplies

  • Lead volunteers and ensure everything runs seamlessly

Director of Community Partnerships

(focus: people + relationships)

You’re the connector. You’ll build bridges within the community and help create partnerships that bring value to our audience.

  • Nurture relationships with attendees and community groups

  • Explore collaborations and sponsorship opportunities

  • Gather feedback and help us grow intentionally

Director of Finance & Strategy

(focus: money + sustainability)

You’re the big-picture thinker with an eye for detail. You’ll keep us sustainable while helping us grow.

  • Track expenses and budgets

  • Research and support grant/funding applications

  • Contribute to long-term planning and impact strategy
